Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Oil<br />1 Bay leaf<br />1 Cinnamon stick<br />3-4 Cloves<br />7-8 Pepper corns<br />3-4 Cardamom<br />1 Black cardamom<br />1 Dry Red Chilli<br />2 Onions, chopped<br />1 tsp Salt<br />Water as required<br />4 Tomatoes, pureed<br />3 tsp Coriander powder<br />1 tbsp Cumin seed powder<br />2 1/2 tbsp Gram Flour<br />2 cups Water<br />Dry Fenugreek leaves<br />Mint Leaves<br />Coriander leaves<br />Chicken<br />Green Chillies, chopped<br />Ginger Juliennes<br /><br />For Marination:<br />1/2 kg Chicken<br />1/2 tsp Salt<br />1/2 tbsp Red Chilli powder<br />Turmeric powder<br />1 1/2 - 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a vessel, heat oil, add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom, black cardamom, red chilli, onions, saute them nicely and add salt.<br />Let the masala cook for a while, add water, tomatoes, mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.<br />Add the marinated chicken, mix well and saute it for 5-7 minutes.<br />Add coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, gram flour, mix well and add water.<br />Close the lid and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.<br />Add dry fenugreek leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, <br />ginger, mix well and give it a boil.<br />Our Dhaba Style Chicken Curry is ready to eat.<br /><br />For Marination:<br />In a bowl take chicken, add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, coat the chicken well with the ingredients.
