Learn how to make Hyderabadi Chicken Curry at home with Chef Archana Arte on Ruchkar Mejwani<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />1/2 kg chicken<br />3 tbsp yogurt<br />Masala paste (1/2 tomato, coriander,10-12 pods of garlic, 1/2 inch ginger & some water)<br />1/2 tsp turmeric powder<br />1/2 tsp garam masala<br />Mint leaves<br />coriander<br />salt<br />1 tbsp red chilli powder<br />4 tbsp oil<br />3 chopped onions<br />1 cup water<br /><br />Method:-<br />Add 3 tbsp yoghurt to 1/2 kg chicken, add masala paste, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, mint leaves, coriander, salt & 1 tbsp red chilli to it. Mix this well. <br />keep 4 tbsp oil to heat in a pan, add 3 chopped onions to it, wait till it turns brown then add marinated chicken to the pan. mix everything properly.<br />Add 1 cup water to the pan and close it with the lid, wait till chicken cooks.<br />Check if the chicken is cooked after 15-20 mins.<br />Your Hyderabadi chicken curry is ready
