Learn how to make Christmas Special, Carrot Cake Recipe at home with Chef Archana Arte on Ruchkar Mejwani.<br /><br />Preheat the oven for 10 mins<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />100 gm Oil<br />2 Eggs<br />1 tsp Vanilla Essence<br />100 gm Powdered Sugar<br />100 gms Refined Flour<br />2 tsp Baking powder<br />2 Carrots, grated<br />1/2 cup Milk<br /><br />For Icing<br />3 tbsp Icing Sugar<br />3 tbsp Butter<br />Sugar Balls<br /><br />Method:-<br />In a bowl add oil, eggs, vanilla essence, powdered sugar, refined flour, baking powder, carrots and mix well.<br />Add milk, mix well and then with he help of a beater, beat the batter for 5 minutes on high flame.<br />Grease a cake tin, cover it with butter paper and pour the batter in it.<br />Tap the tin, place it inside a preheated oven for 40 mins at 180 C.<br />Demold the cake, let it cool, apply the icing on it and sprinkle some sugar balls on it.<br /><br />For Icing<br />In a bowl add butter, sugar and mix well.<br /><br />Our Christmas Special Carrot Cake is ready to eat.<br />
