Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />2 cups Leftover Upma<br />Oil for Frying<br />2 tbsp Corn Flour<br />Water<br />1 cup Cheese, grated<br />1/2 cup Refined flour<br />1 tsp Salt<br /><br />Method:-<br />In a bowl add upma, cheese, corn flour and mix well.<br />Take a tray, cover it with parchment paper, transfer the mixture to the tray and refrigerate it for 30 mins.<br />Once you're done refrigerating, cut it into fingers.<br />In a bowl add refined flour, salt water and mix well.<br />Heat oil in a pan.<br />Dip the fingers into the slurry and fry it.<br /><br />Our Cheesy Upma Fingers are ready.
