Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />400 gms Boneless Chicken<br />1/2 cup Curd<br />4-5 tbsp Cream<br />1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste<br />Salt<br />1/2 tsp Black Pepper<br />1/2 tsp Garam Masala<br />1/2 tsp Green Chilli, crushed<br />1/2 tsp Fenugreek Leaves<br />1 Lemon, juice<br />1 tsp Oil<br />1 tbsp Cashew paste<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a bowl, add chicken, fresh cream, curd, ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper, garam masala, green chilli, fenugreek leaves, lemon juice and mix well.<br />Add oil and keep it aside to rest for 2 hours.<br />Heat a pan, add the marinated chicken and cook it for 5-7 minutes on low flame.<br />Add cashew paste, mix well and let it cook for a while.<br /><br />For the smoky flavor:<br />Place the tikka's on the skewer, roast it on gas till you get nice colour on it.<br /><br />Our Chicken Malai Tikka is reasy to serve.
