Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Banana<br />Fenugreek Leaves<br />Salt<br />1 tbsp Red Chilli powder<br />1/2 tsp Asafoetida<br />1/2 tsp Turmeric powder<br />1 tsp Sugar<br />1/2 tsp Fruit Salt<br />1/2 tbsp Green Chilli-Ginger paste<br />1/2 cup Gram flour<br />2 tbsp Oil<br />Water as required<br />Oil for frying<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a bowl, smash the riped bananas, add fenugreek leaves,salt, red chilli powder, asafoetida, turmeric powder, sugar, fruit salt, green chilli-ginger paste and mix them well. <br />Add gram flour, oil, water and make paste like consistency.<br />Heat oil in a vessel on medium flame, add small portion of the batter to it, fry them till they are nice and brown.<br />Take them out on a plate covered with tissued paper, so that the excess oil is absored.<br /><br />Our Kela Methi Na Wada is ready to serve.
