Good morning, the blast of cold temperatures carries on after New Year's Day, cold wave alerts are in place for many areas while dry weather continues with a dry weather warning issued in Seoul... be extra careful with anything that could cause a spark. <br /> <br />Temperatures will be similar to yesterday, less appealing to go out but at least clear skies and good air will dominate the country, it will warm up slightly on Thursday. <br /><br />Taking a closer look at today's temperatures, morning lows in most parts are sub freezing, except Jeju Island..even Busan is kicking off at minus 3 degrees. <br /><br />Daily highs will be similar to a tad higher than yesterday, getting up to the freezing mark in Seoul, Busan and Jeju rising to 7 degrees Celsius.
