Police in the English city of Manchester are treating a New Year's Eve stabbing of three people as a terrorist incident. <br />A 25-year-old male suspect is in custody after the attack at Victoria railway station.<br />The three victims, including a police officer, were taken to a nearby hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.<br />The officer was discharged from hospital on Tuesday.<br />Prime Minister Theresa May expressed concern for the victims and thanked the first responders. <br />
