Turning to a brief look at the weather on the first work day of 2019 in South Korea. <br />As you might expect in early January,... it's cold,... really cold for most of us.<br />The morning low in Seoul dipped to minus nine degrees Celsius.<br />Busan in the south saw the mercury drop to minus three degrees.<br />Both are colder temperatures than the seasonal averages.<br />The good news is that clear skies and good air quality are forecast for most of the country today.<br />Our weathercaster Lee Jee-hyun will have a more in-depth report toward at the tail end of this newscast <br />
