UNICEF says around 19-and-a-half million U.S. dollars is required this year to help children in North Korea.<br />According to the UN agency, nine-point-eight million dollars is needed to support nutrition in the North,... and five-point-eight million dollars for water and sanitation.<br />Other funds are needed to support health care.<br />UNICEF says one in five infants suffer from malnutrition in North Korea .<br />It added the amount of funding to support children in North Korea has been falling since 2015. <br />
