Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />2 Kashmiri Red Chillies<br />1 tbsp Coriander seeds<br />3-4 Cardamoms<br />4 Cloves<br />1 Cinnamon stick<br />1 tsp Cumin seeds<br />1/4 tsp Turmeric powder<br />1 tbsp Oil<br />1 Onion, chopped<br />3 Green chillies, chopped<br />1 tsp Ginger paste<br />1/2 cup Gram Dal, soaked<br />1/2 Soya granules, boiled<br />1 Potato, boiled& mashed<br />3 tbsp Mint leaves, chopped<br />3 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped<br />2 tbsp Gram flour<br />Salt<br />Oil for frying<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Heat a pan, add red chilli, coriander seeds, cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds and dry roast them till they change colour.<br />Transfer it to a mixture, jar add turmeric powder and grind them into a fine powder.<br />Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic paste, chillies, gram dal, soya and saute till all the water dries out.<br />Transfer it to a mixer jar and grind it into a fine paste.<br />Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add potato, chilli mixture, mint leaves, coriander leaves, gram flour, salt and mix well.<br />Take a portion of the mixture and kebabs of it.<br />Heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs in it.<br />Our delicious Shammi Kebabs are ready to plate.
