We'll get to the latest developments regarding North Korea-U.S. diplomacy shortly,... but first an update from South Korea's stock market.<br />The benchmark KOSPI fell below the psychologically-important two-thousand mark for the first time in two months during early morning trading.<br />The KOSPI slipped to 1,999 at around 10 AM on selling by institutions and foreign investors, but quickly bounced back to the two-thousand level as foreign investors turned to net buying. <br />As of 30 minutes ago, it stood at 2,013. <br />The KOSPI closed at 2,010 on Wednesday, down one-and-a-half percent from the previous close, on concerns about a slowing Chinese economy.<br />The tech heavy KOSDAQ is literally unchanged from Wednesday's close at around 670. <br />
