According to Deadspin, Kawhi Leonard tuned out the Jazz defense in the highest scoring game of his career.<br />The starting forward for the Toronto Raptors scored 45-points, shooting 16-of-22 from the field.<br />But Kawhi also scored against six defenders on the Utah Jazz, during their 122-to-116 victory.<br />And during the third quarter, he didn't miss a shot.<br />But Kawhi couldn't make a basket beyond the 3-point arch, and scored most of his points within 15 feet of the basket. <br />
