<br /> Communist Party Leader Raul Castro has given a speech on the 60th anniversary of Cuba’s revolution. During that speech he criticized the Trump administration for returning to an outdated path of confrontation. Although Barack Obama tried to normalize relations with Cuba, Trump has tightened the U.S. embargo on Cuba. Castro stepped down as president but remains head of the Communist Party until 2021. He said “high-ranking officials” are “trying to blame Cuba for all the region’s ills.” <br />
