Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1/4 cup Flavourless Oil<br />15 Kashmiri Chillies, soaked<br />5 Salem Gundu Chillies<br />5 Guntur Chillies, soaked<br />15 Garlic cloves, sliced<br />1/4 cup Spring Onion whites, sliced<br />1/4 cup Celery, sliced<br />1-1/2 inch Ginger, finely minced<br />1/2 cup Water<br />2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce<br />Tomato Ketchup<br />1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder<br />2 tsp Sugar<br />1 tsp Vinegar<br />Salt<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a mixer jar, add soaked chilies, water and grind them into a fine paste.<br />Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger and fry them.<br />Add spring onion whites, celery, chili paste and cook it until it starts leaving oil.<br />Add water, increase the flame, add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, sugar, stir well and add salt.<br />Switch off the flame and add vinegar.<br />Our Homemade Schezwan Sauce is ready.<br />
