Neighboring capitals such as Beijing and Tokyo will be mild too.<br />Meanwhile, a dry spell continues to be a cause of concern in the nation, especially in the east where dry weather warnings have been in effect for almost a month now. <br />As of tomorrow, it's going to get windier,... so the risk of fire is higher. As such, do take the necessary precautions and stay alert.<br />The morning lows are still below freezing point for most parts,... <br />including Seoul, which begins the day at minus 6 degrees Celsius, while Chuncheon falls down to minus 11 degrees.<br />We are expecting some dust to accumulate tomorrow with Seoul rising up to 4 degrees, while Busan peaks in the low teens and Jeju expects drizzles overnight.<br />This slightly milder weather is expected to continue for now,... but dry conditions and fine dust will trouble us as well.
