Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon has wished South Korea's business circles a prosperous 2019 and vowed his full support for their efforts.<br />At a New Year's event on Thursday, the PM noted how the nation has reached the 30-thousand U.S. dollar mark in per capita income, making South Korea the seventh country to achieve such feat last year.<br />Lee praised business representatives for enduring recent uncertainties, such as the U.S.-China trade spat.<br />The PM also vowed to take measures to encourage investment, support new industries to prosper, and continue deregulation efforts. <br />
