Several Korean music acts are in line to perform at the annual Coachella Valley Music and Arts festival in California. <br />The organizers announced that popular Korean idol group Black Pink, indie band Hyukoh and crossover band (jang-bee-nigh) Jambinai have been invited to the festival which will kick off on April 12th. <br />Black Pink will become the first K-pop idol group to perform in Coachella's 20 year history. <br />Previously, Korean hip-hop trio Epik High and an electronic duo named EE performed in 2016 and 2011, respectively. <br />Other performers for the 2019 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival include headline artists Childish Gambino, Tame Impala, and Ariana Grande. <br />
