Flooded roads in Nakhon Si Thammarat province, southern Thailand, this morning as storm Pabuk approaches land.<br /><br />The province was lashed with heavy rain last night which caused widespread flooding, with drains unable to cope with the deluge.<br /><br />While torrential rain and strong winds will affect more than a dozen other provinces, tourist islands of Koh Samui, Koh Tao and Koh Phangan, are expected to be hardest hit.
