A massive blaze tears through The Ivy restaurant in Manchester Friday evening after opening only a month ago. <br /><br />"I left work across the square and the building was on fire," said the filmer. "You could see the firefighters with their torches as they entered the building."<br /><br />Roads in the city have been closed as firefighters tackle the flames. <br /><br />The blaze reportedly broke out on the roof at around 5:00pm. A spokeswoman for the restaurant said "everyone is out and accounted for," reported Manchester Evening News.
