Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />250 gms Paneer<br />3 tbsp Corn Flour<br />2 tbsp Gram Flour<br />1 tbsp Red Chilli powder<br />Salt<br />Coriander leaves, chopped<br />Water<br />Oil for frying<br />4 tbsp Oil<br />1/2 tsp Mustard seeds<br />1/2 tsp Cumin seeds<br />15-16 Curry leaves<br />1 Green Chilli, chopped<br />Coriander leaves, chopped<br />2 tbsp Chilli sauce<br />4 tbsp Yogurt<br />2 tbsp Flour<br />1 tsp Red Chilli powder<br />1/2 tsp Garam Masala<br />Water<br />Salt<br /><br />In a bowl, add corn flour, gram flour, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves, water, paneer and mix well.<br />Heat oil in a vessel and add the marinated paneer into hot oil and fry it until it changes colour.<br />In another vessel, heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and let it splutter.<br />Add green chilli, coriander leaves, chilli sauce and mix well.<br />In a bowl add yoghurt, flour, red chilli powder, garam masala, water and mix well.<br />Add it into the pan, salt, mix well.<br />Add water, fried paneer and mix well.<br />Cook till it starts leaving the water.<br />Our Paneer 65 is ready to serve.
