Court Sides With <br />Trump Administration's <br />Transgender Military Ban The ruling was issued <br />by a three-judge panel <br />of the U.S. Court of Appeals <br />for the D.C. Circuit. It states a lower court <br />was wrong to block the <br />ban on transgender people <br />in the armed forces. The lower court had <br />ruled that the most <br />recent restrictions imposed <br />by the administration That ban had also been <br />blocked by the court. The Trump administration <br />has asked the U.S. Supreme <br />Court to consider the case. The Supreme Court will <br />consider whether to <br />hear the government's <br />appeals this week.
