Watch and learn how to make them and let us know your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />For Dahi Tikari<br />4-5 Garlic cloves<br />1 tbsp Red Chilli powder<br />1 tbsp Oil<br />1/2 tsp Mustard & cumin seeds<br />Ginger-Garlic paste<br />1 cup Curd<br />Salt<br />Coriander, chopped<br /><br />For Rotla<br />1½ Pearl Millet Flour<br />Water<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />For Dahi Tikari<br />In a mortar add garlic, red chilli powder, and smash it nicely.<br />In a pan, heat oil, add mustard & cumin seeds, chilli paste, saute it nicely.<br />Add ginger-garlic paste, curd and immediately switch off the gas.<br />Add salt, coriander and mix well.<br />Our Dahi Tikari is ready.<br /><br />For Rotla<br />In a bowl, add pearl millet flour,water and knead it into a dough.<br />Keep it aside for 3-4 minutes.<br />Take small portion of the dough, dust it with flour and roll it<br />Heat a pan, transfer the rotla on it, and cook until its red on both sides on low flame.<br />Our Bajre ka Rotla is ready.
