Cyntoia Brown Granted <br />Clemency by Tennessee Governor Commuting Brown's <br />life sentence for murder <br />means she's now eligible <br />for parole on August 7. A victim of child trafficking, <br />Brown committed the <br />crime in 2006 at the age of 16. She was tried and <br />convicted as an adult <br />for first-degree murder. Commuting her <br />sentence is one of <br />Bill Haslam's last acts <br />as Tennessee Governor.
