South Korea woke up to a sudden cold wave this morning, with temperatures in many parts of the country dropping well below freezing<br />Temperatures dropped by five to ten degrees Celsius from Tuesday morning.<br />The mercury in Seoul earlier was minus ten degrees Celsius.<br />The northeastern town of Cheorwon, near the inter-Korean border, a bone-chilling minus eighteen. <br />The national weather agency forecasts the temperature will rebound to seasonal averages from Thursday, but a wave of fine dust will engulf the country. <br />
