Work seems to be continuing behind the scenes between North Korea and the U.S. to make the second Kim-Trump summit happen. <br />South Korea's ambassador to the United States, Cho Yoon-je told reporters on Tuesday that by seeing how the two leaders are strongly determined to hold their summit, he believes a preparatory meeting will be held soon. <br />The underground communications are reportedly led by Stephen Biegun, Washington's special representative for North Korea. <br />But it's not clear if North Korea's Vice Foreign Minister, Choe Son-hui is at the other end of the line. <br />Cho, when asked to evaluate the North Korean leader's New Year's speech, said that one thing for sure is that Pyeongyang wants to continue the momentum for dialogue. <br />
