The South Korean government is introducing follow-up measures for the series of deregulation laws passed last year.<br />During his weekly ministerial meeting...., Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon said.... the government will respond to companies' queries about regulations within one month.<br />Companies will also be able to release products that don't comply with regulations in cases where the regulations are too vague or unreasonable and the products are safe.<br />However, if deregulation measures negatively affect consumer safety,.... the government will revoke the relevant clause... and the burden of proof for incurred damages now falls upon the companies. <br />
