According to Reuters, stocks around the world are trading up.<br />MSCI's all country index, which gauges market capitalization for global stocks, rose by 1.1-percent.<br />In Europe, the Stoxx 600 index closed the day half a percent higher, which is its highest close in a month.<br />On Wall Street, the top three markets on the New York Stock Exchange were trading up about 1-percent each.<br />The Dow Jones Industrial Average added about 169-points on the day, rising to 23,956. <br />
