38노스 '北 영변 주요시설 가동 않는 듯'…지난달 위성사진 판독<br /><br />At North Korea's Yeongbyeon nuclear complex, analysts say that while the main facilities still appear dormant,... there are signs of limited activity at one key plant.<br />According to 38 North, a website that monitors the regime,... satellite pictures from December indicate possible operations at the Uranium Enrichment Plant.<br />The images were taken after it had snowed.<br />But the snow had melted on the roofs of the two gas centrifuge halls,... a sign the facility is emitting heat.<br />However, the U.S.-based North Korea watchdog adds that it's difficult to determine, based on pictures alone,... and it's unclear in what capacity the facility is being operated. <br />
