주미 몽골대사 "혹독한 겨울추위로 2차 북미정상회담 개최 어려워"<br /><br />Amid increased hopes and expectations for the second North Korea-U.S. summit,.... the shortlist of venues is starting to get narrowed down.<br />Yondon Otgonbayar, Mongolia's ambassador to the U.S. said in his interview with Voice of America on Wednesday.<br />Due to the cold weather in his country at this time of year,.... it'd be difficult for Mongolia to host that event. <br />The ambassador explained.... he is aware that Ulaanbaatar was one of the final candidates for the first Kim-Trump summit,... and that Mongolia's president was enthusiastic about the opportunity.<br />The country's close distance to the regime and ties with both sides had made it a strong candidate venue.<br />This now narrows down the speculation to three locations -- Bangkok, Hanoi and Hawaii. <br />
