Do give it a try and let us know your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />1 cup Peanuts<br />3/4 cup Jaggery<br />1 tbsp Water<br />1 tbsp Ghee<br />Ghee for greasing<br /><br />Method:-<br />In a vessel, dry roast peanuts on medium flame for 5 minutes.<br />Let it cool down and then peel of the skin.<br />In a vessel, add jaggery, ghee, water and make it into thick syrup.<br />Switch off the flame, add the roasted peanuts, mix well and transfer it on to a greased plate.<br />Spread the mixture nicely and keep it aside to cool down.<br />Once it cools down, cut it into pieces.<br />Our Peanut Chikki is read to serve.<br />
