Kathleen Arberg, Supreme Court spokesperson Ginsburg, who has overcome two previous cancer diagnoses, missed oral arguments for the first time ever <br />on Monday. She has still been participating <br />as much as possible while <br />recovering at home. Ginsberg, 85, has served on the bench <br />for 25 years and intends to stay <br />on as long as she can "do it full steam." Dr. Robert Miller, professor of medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, feels Ginsberg's continued absence is not yet a cause for concern.
