Police seized a lorry laden with almost 600kg of drugs in Taiping, Perak bound for the Penang harbour on Saturday (Jan 12). Three suspects have been arrested in connection with this case. <br /><br />Another narcotics operation was conducted in Johor on the same day, where police arrested five suspects linked to a syndicate that smuggled drugs into prisons.
