Stunning timelapse footage shows a rotating ice floe, about 100 yards in diameter, that has formed in the Presumpscot River in Westbrook, Maine. <br /><br />The natural phenomenon has attracted "spectators, ducks and gulls," according to photographer Jack Milton, who captured the footage on Tuesday.<br /><br />He noted that it appeared to be rotating in a counter-clockwise direction. "It looks like the moon has landed in Westbrook, Maine!" the city wrote on Twitter.
