Good morning. Bundle up on your way out, most areas had a freezing start to the day with cold wave advisories re-issued in some areas. Seoul also had a low of minus 10 degrees Celsius but felt more like minus 15... but it was nice to breathe in some fresh, clean air. <br /><br />The sudden drop in temperatures can make many come down with colds and flu... so dress warmly and turn on the humidifier as the air is getting drier too. <br /><br />What's more, biting winds are making things colder. Daily highs will be 3 to 4 degrees lower than yesterday, Seoul will only see a high of minus 1 degree, but fresh air will be with us throughout the day. <br /><br />Despite icy cold temperatures, be sure to open the windows and let the fresh air in today because with a rise in temperatures expected for Thursday, it's likely we'll see another round of bad air in most areas. <br /><br />Highs will be hovering around 5 degrees in Seoul... many would agree that this winter has been milder than average so far, in fact, we could see a similar weather pattern for another 5 days or so.<br /><br />That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.<br />
