North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's right-hand man Kim Yong-chol -- who's been the regime's key negotiator in denuclearization talks with the U.S. -- is reportedly visiting Washington this Thursday.<br />CNN reported that.... Kim Yong-chol is to stay overnight and meet with U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.<br />It is not clear whether he's to meet with President Donald Trump as well,.... although that is the expectation from the North Korean side.<br />The news comes as North Korea and the U.S. settle the details of a possible second summit.<br />According to CNN,.... Trump sent a letter to Kim Jong-un over the weekend as well.<br />In the case of the first Pyeongyang-Washington summit last year,.... Kim Yong-chol flew to New York for high-level talks with Pompeo two weeks before the summit. <br />
