It's that time of the year again <br />South Korea's annual "Korea Grand Sale" festival for foreigners begins today... and runs through February 28th. <br />The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism says this year's festival will offer various programs under the theme "Travel, Taste, Touch". <br />Around 800 companies will offer big discounts to foreign visitors.<br />About 70 luxury hotels are giving 25 percent discounts on food and domestic lodging companies will be slashing prices by 55 all the way up to 75 percent. <br />During the festival, the ministry will also set up a welcome center at the Cheonggye Plaza to provide convenience to foreigners and provide a free tourist bus service between Dongdaemun and Hongdae. <br />
