According to Reuters, stocks around the world didn't even blink over Brexit's defeat in Parliament.<br />A day after the UK's withdrawal agreement from the EU was voted down by the House of Commons, stocks are still up around the world.<br />On the day for Jan. 16th, MSCI's all country world index rose by four-tenths of a percent.<br />In Europe, the Stoxx 600 Index rose half a percent, while Germany's DAX index rose about four-tenths of a percent. <br />
