Do give it a try and let us know your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1 cup Chickpeas, boiled<br />2 tbsp Rice Flour<br />2 tbsp Corn flour<br />Oil for frying<br />1 tsp Raw Mango powder<br />Coriander leaves<br /><br />For Tempering:<br />2 tbsp Oil<br />8-10 Garlic Cloves<br />1/4 tsp Turmeric powder<br />1 tbsp Red Chilli powder<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a bowl, add chickpeas, rice flour, corn flour and mix well.<br />Heat oil in a vessel, add the chickpeas and fry it crisp.<br /><br />For Tempering:<br />Heat oil in a vessel, add garlic and fry till they turn golden.<br />Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, quickly add the chickpeas and mix them well.<br />Add raw mango powder, mix well and add coriander leaves.<br />Mix it well once and it is ready to plate.<br />Our Chana Koliwada is ready to serve.
