North Korea remains one of the world's most repressive states and leader Kim Jong-un is exercising almost complete political control.<br />That's according to a report... by international human rights organization, Human Rights Watch.<br />The report says,... North Korea not only restricts people's civil and political freedom... but routinely uses arrest, punishment, torture and execution to control its people.<br />Citizens are forced under harsh, unpaid labor to build infrastructure... and those repatriated from China while trying to escape to South Korea... are severely punished and tortured.<br />The organization urged key international actors to raise these issues... pointing out how despite many summits with Kim Jong-un,... South Korea, the U.S., and China didn't bring up these issues. <br />
