A hilarious video of Twinkie the parrot, a Lutino Indian Ringneck, bobbing and squawking along to a tune that rhymes with his name. <br /><br />"I’ve had him since he was just a few weeks old, we bonded when he was a little baby. He was my college graduation present from my parents!" said owner Lauren. <br /><br />"I’m not sure what got into Twinkie, but he was definitely partying harder than anyone I know..."<br /><br />The footage was filmed on December 27 last year.
