South Korea has ranked 30th on the 2019 Global Talent Competitiveness Index,…unchanged from the previous year.<br />In the annual list compiled by graduate business school INSEAD and published Monday, South Korea got a score of 54-point-one-nine for enabling, attracting, growing and retaining talent.<br />It was ranked sixth globally for ICT infrastructure and second for R&D expenditure.<br />South Korea was among the worst countries for labor-employer cooperation, gender earning gaps and leadership opportunities for women.<br />Switzerland, Singapore, the U.S., Norway and Denmark were the top five on list.<br />Japan and China both edged down two spots from the previous year,…at 22nd and 45th respectively. <br />
