According to Reuters, British Prime Minister Theresa May will return to Parliament with a Plan B for the UK's withdrawal from the EU.<br />Last week, Prime Minister May's withdrawal agreement was substantially rejected by the House of Commons.<br />But with about two months before the UK's scheduled departure from the EU, the British government and parliament are deadlocked over terms. <br />
