A man waved as he jumped off the Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah bridge this morning. <br /><br />The incident took place as operations to retrieve a vehicle that plunged into the sea after it was involved in an accident at Kilometer 4.0 of the Penang Bridge resumed.<br /><br />He was rescued by a nearby fishing boat, and was transported to the Penang General Hospital.
