TRy CHef Sonali's version of this famous recipe and let us know your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />3-4 tbsp Oil<br />1/2 tsp Mustard seeds<br />1/2 tsp Cumin seeds<br />7-8 Curry leaves<br />1/2 tsp Asafoetida<br />2 Onions, chopped<br />Green Masala<br />1 Tomato, chopped<br />1/2 tsp Turmeric powder<br />1 tbsp Red Chilli powder<br />2-3 tbsp Goda Masala<br />Salt to taste<br />1 cup Moth Bean sprouts<br />4-5 cups Water<br />Potato Bhaji<br />Chivda<br />Onion, chopped<br /><br />For Green Masala<br />2 Green Chillies<br />6-7 Garlic pods<br />1-inch Garlic<br />1/4 cup Coriander leaves<br /> <br />Method of preparation:<br />Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, onions, mix well and saute it.<br />Add green masala, tomato, saute it till the tomato cooks completely.<br />Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, goda masala, mix well.<br />Add salt, moth bean sprouts and mix well.<br />Add water, once it comes to a boil, cover it with a lid and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.<br />Switch off the gas and plate it.<br />In a serving bowl, add potato bhaji, onion, matki, coriander and sev chivda and the tari.<br />Sprinkle some onion and coriander on top.<br />Our Puneri Misal is ready.
