日 도쿄 신주쿠 노래방 총격 사건…한국인 1명 사망<br /><br />A South Korean man was reportedly shot dead yesterday in Tokyo in what police say appears to have been a premeditated attack.<br />The fatal shooting, extremely rare in Japan, occurred Monday evening at a karaoke bar in Kabukicho district.<br /> According to local authorities, the only body found at the scene was identified as a sixty-five year old South Korean man.<br />His body was found on the building's fourth floor with three bullet wounds.<br />Police say the victim was linked to a local crime syndicate. <br />The suspect fled the scene on a motorcycle.<br />Seoul's foreign ministry confirmed the man's death... and said the South Korean consulate in Japan has requested information about the incident and will cooperate with local authorities if necessary.<br />We'll keep you updated should there be any new developments on this story.
