Statutory body Penang Hindu Endowment Board (PHEB) warns that it will take over Nattukotai Chettiar Temple unless the temple committee stops using bulls to pull the chariot next Thaipusam.<br />Temple managing trustee Dr A. Narayanan said the temple had adhered to the conditions imposed by the state Veterinary Department.
