The tribunal that has been investigating the conduct of suspended Deputy Chief Justice Nancy Baraza has recommended that she be sacked from the Judiciary.<br />The seven-member inquiry team says it found all counts against Baraza to be true, after she assaulted security guard Rebecca Kerubo at the Village Market last year.<br />Former Tanzanian Chief Justice Augustino Ramadhani who chaired the tribunal says they interviewed all those who witnessed the incident on New Year's Eve.
