"I did not know I had been shot until I reached the MP Shah Hospital.<br />These were the words of Ben Mulwa a survivor of the surreal terrorist attack on the Westgate shopping mall on Saturday that left 59 people dead and some 200 others injured.<br />Mulwa escaped death by a whisker and was grateful to God that he lived to tell the tale.
