Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Ole Lenku says major security plans have been put in place to ensure the country is safe during the festive season.<br />Speaking when he launched a 100 days Rapid Results Initiative for his docket, Lenku said police had adopted firm measures to ensure they contain insecurity in the country.
